The modifier Curses in this item are reflected back to you currently doesn't work with Blasphemy Support, Curse On Hit minions, or corruptions that apply a curse on hit or grant a leveled curse skill, even if it's linked with a Trigger gem. This may be changed in the future.

Curses from skill gems linked to Trigger gems like Hextouch Support or Cast when Damage Taken Support will properly reflect curses back to the player.
