Summon Greater Harbinger of Time: Summons a minion which will cast The The Torrent's Reclamation aura buff on the player every 10 seconds. The buff lasts for 8 seconds and grants 10% action speed.

This version of the skill doesn't affect enemies, unlike Summon Harbinger of Time.
