    Steps

    Complete the following steps to obtain a The Tactician.

    1. Obtain/buy The Great Mind of the North prophecy and activate it
    2. Obtain/buy The Magnate and carry it in your inventory
    3. Travel to the The Bath House in Act 8
    4. Kill Hector Titucius, Eternal Servant
    5. You will obtain a new The Tactician in your inventory
