3.18.0	Fixed a bug where the "You have Onslaught while not on Low Mana" modifier on the Omeyocan Unique Boots did not always work correctly if your Maximum Mana was 0.
3.16.0	Now grants 10% increased Evasion per 500 Mana. This affects existing items, though they have 2% increased Evasion per 500 Mana. Existing items can be updated with a Divine Orb.
