Master Toxicist
Master Toxicist is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Pathfinder, granting a chance for Poisons that the player applies during any flask effect, to be much more potent. It also causes the strongest poison[citation needed] stack affecting a killed enemy to be reapplied to all nearby enemies in a circular area. This effect also only works during any flask effect.
Mechanics
The secondary effect of this passive is often referred to by the community as "poison proliferation". However, contrary to the standard proliferation mechanics, poisons are reapplied instantly upon killing a poisoned enemy, and don't remain on its corpse. The area of effect of this mechanic cannot be modified.[citation needed]
