Delirium chest inside a heist also has a chance to drop cluster jewel. ## Legacy variants Medium Cluster Jewel has a legacy variant. Selling any existing Medium Cluster Jewels that without the jewel socket enchantment to a vendor, will remove any existing Jewel socket explicit modifier (of Potential) and add the jewel socket enchantment. This does not include Unique Cluster Jewels.
