Mistwall

Mechanics

Block Chance: Mistwall gives the maximum chance to block attack damage if the character has not blocked recently. The base maximum chance is 75%.

Block Time: Dodge and Evade roll a chance to not take any damage from attack hits before the block chance is rolled. Therefore when combined with Mistwall, the character is less likely to block and therefore more liklely to be at maximum chance to block attack damage more often. Version history

Version	Changes
3.14.0	(Undocumented) Several Simulacrum, Legion, Shaper Guardian, Elder Guardian, and Conqueror Drop-Restricted Uniques have been changed to be core Uniques instead. These no longer drop deterministically from their original sources. Mistwall was a Conquerors exclusive drop.
3.9.0	Introduced to the game.
