54-

Take on a rogue sect of the Faridun as they sap the energies of captured Djinn for nefarious ends, and help a legendary Maraketh Sekhema put an end to an ancient war once and for all.

55-
The Afarud, the most depraved and twisted of the Faridun, have formed a pact with Saresh, a powerful necromancer who built an army of undead to seek revenge on the Maraketh.

56-
Deny their twisted efforts towards dominion by joining forces with Varashta and freeing the spirits of Djinn before the Afarud can accomplish their goals.

57-
You will encounter the physical form of trapped Djinn, imprisoned and tortured by Afarud Warlocks. After successfully defeating them, you will be asked by Varashta to enter The Astral Realm, a Mirage containing an imperfect copy of the world around you.

58-
Varashta can augment the magic of the Mirage she allows you to enter, giving you the option to choose one of three Wishes before you do so. These Wishes modify the Mirage in powerful and potent ways, transforming the copy within and causing monsters slain to drop powerful loot, currency for enhancing your equipment and gems, special caches, or even strange mysterious coins.

59-
Fight your way through the monsters, astral hazards, and Afarud mages to the tether holding the Djinn. Shatter this chain to free the Djinn, step by step weaking whatever dark plans the Afarud may have for Wraeclast.

60-
With 3.28.0, there are Standard, Hardcore and Solo Self-Found variations of the Mirage challenge league available. They have the same core mechanics and items. You can create private league versions of these leagues, with mods that make the game harder.

61-
The Hardcore variations of Mirage are parented to their Standard Mirage equivalent, meaning if you die in Hardcore Mirage you can continue on in Standard Mirage League.

62-
The new Mirage challenge league includes a set of 40 new challenges, and 8 new challenges in Ruthless Mirage. Earn pieces of the Orb Regalia Armour Set when you complete 12, 20, 28 and 36 challenges in Mirage, or 2, 4, 6 and 8 challenges in Ruthless Mirage. These challenge rewards are only obtainable in this league.

63-
From the 19th challenge onwards and for every third challenge after that, you will receive pieces of the Mirage Totem Pole decoration to display in your hideout. The Totem Pole permanently showcases how many of the Mirage challenges you completed during the league.

48+

Meet Valerie, a dangerous corsair captain who needs your help retrieving long forgotten treasures from the icy depths of Wraeclast's oceans. Find Charts scattered across Wraeclast, board The Sovereign, and set sail!

49+
Dive to the ocean floor where lanterns imbued with the spark of the Allflame will shield you from the crushing waves. Explore and claim what you can while you can! Lost gold, valuable chests, and lurking threats await you...

50+
Upon charting enough areas, connect them together to create a Voyage — one giant seafloor excursion. Revisit each chart to claim its rewards again, while also amplifying those rewards in several different ways.

51+
Head belowdecks, and you'll find the heart of the ship at work. Feed it an item, and it will split into a multitude of ghostly outcomes, one of which you can keep for yourself.

52+
Find valuable Ducats on the seafloor and use them to warp and twist items in ways not seen in centuries.

71-

Added the new Reliquarian Ascendancy Class for the Scion. Notable Passive Skills for the Reliquarian borrow from the powers of Unique items found throughout Wraeclast, and will change with each League. For this reason, these Notables will not be available as outcomes for the Forbidden Flame and Forbidden Flesh Unique Jewels.

72-
Introduced Exceptional Support Gems, a new and improved version of Awakened Support Gems, which are being phased out. There are over 40 Exceptional Support Gems, which can be found in the Endgame.

73-
Introduced the Coin of Knowledge, which Corrupts a level 20 Skill Gem, Imbuing it with a random valid Intelligence Support effect.

74-
Introduced the Coin of Power, which Corrupts a level 20 Skill Gem, Imbuing it with a random valid Strength Support effect.

75-
Introduced the Coin of Skill, which Corrupts a level 20 Skill Gem, Imbuing it with a random valid Dexterity Support effect.

76-
Added a new Strength/Intelligence Skill Gem, Divine Blast: Project a beam of holy light from your shield to a targeted location, causing an implosion of holy energy. This energy then lingers for a short duration, before blasting outwards in a larger and more damaging explosion.

77-
Added a new Strength/Intelligence Skill Gem, Holy Hammers: Slam the ground ahead of you, calling down a Holy Hammer from above. On hitting an enemy, another Hammer will cascade forward, repeating if further enemies are hit, up to a cap. A Power Charge can be expended to call down additional Hammers to either side of the initial slam. Requires a Mace or Staff.

78-
Added a new Strength/Intelligence Skill Gem, Holy Strike: Infuse your weapon with holy energy and swing. Successfully hitting an enemy will summon forth a Holy Armament, which copies your main hand weapon stats to determine its own. These Holy Armaments are undamageable minions, and will attack the enemies you target with Holy Strike. Requires a Mace, Sceptre or Staff.

79-
Added a new Strength/Intelligence Skill Gem, Shield of Light: Retaliate against a blocked hit with a sweep of your Shield, unleashing a wave of light in a cone in front of you. Additional waves also emanate from allies in a radius around the first target struck, towards that target.

80-
Added a new Strength Transfigured Skill Gem, Shockwave Totem of Authority: Summons a totem that shakes the earth around you, damaging enemies.

81-
Added a new Strength/Intelligence Transfigured Skill Gem, Static Strike of Gathering Lightning: Attack with a melee weapon, gaining a Gathering Lightning buff for a duration if you hit an enemy. While you have Gathering Lightning, attacks with this skill will cause chaining beams of lightning, which chain farther the more Gathering Lightning you have.

82-
Added a new Strength/Intelligence Transfigured Skill Gem, Searing Bond of Detonation: Summons a Totem that casts a beam of fire at you and each other Totem you control, dealing Burning Damage to enemies caught in the beam. Enemies near either end of a beam also suffer Burning Damage. Reaching maximum active Totem count will cause all Totems from this skill to detonate, applying the same Burning Damage for a duration.

83-
Added a new Dexterity Transfigured Skill Gem, Charged Dash of Projection: Channel to project an illusion which you steer. You gain stages while it moves, until it stops at a maximum total distance. Waves of area damage frequently pulse along its path, based on your attack speed. Stop channelling to release the illusion, dealing a final wave of damage. Requires a Melee Weapon.

84-
Added a new Dexterity/Intelligence Transfigured Skill Gem, Flamethrower Trap of Stability: Throws a trap that releases a number of flames in different directions around it when triggered. The flames last for a duration repeatedly dealing damage.

85-
Added a new Intelligence Transfigured Skill Gem, Kinetic Fusillade of Detonation: Wave your wand to create multiple hovering kinetic projectiles. After a short duration, the projectiles explode, dealing area damage. Using this attack again will reset the duration for all hovering projectiles. Cannot be directly used by traps or mines.

86-
Added a new Intelligence Transfigured Skill Gem, Orb of Storms of Squalls: Creates an electrical orb that will strike enemies in its area of effect with beams of lightning when placed, as well as when you use a lightning skill while within its area. These beams of lightning can then split to hit more enemies. When striking enemies, this orb will teleport to a random enemy struck. Casting this skill again will replace the previous orb.

87-
Added a new Intelligence Transfigured Skill Gem, Shock Nova of Procession: Casts a ring of Lightning around you, followed by a larger Lightning nova. Each effect hits enemies caught in their area with Lightning Damage. This then repeats, with each repeat offset from the previous in the direction of your target.

88-
Added a new Intelligence/Strength Transfigured Skill Gem, Storm Burst of Repulsion: Unleash orbs of energy while you channel that repeatedly jump away from the targeted location until their duration expires, dealing damage in a small area after each jump. When you stop channelling, all remaining orbs explode, dealing higher damage in a larger area.

89-
Added a new Intelligence/Dexterity Transfigured Skill Gem, Siphoning Trap of Pain: Throws a trap that applies debuff beams to a number of nearby enemies for a duration. The beams chill enemies and deal cold damage over time.

90-
Added a new Strength/Intelligence Support Gem, Blessed Call Support: Supports Warcry skills, causing them to create Consecrated Ground. Supported Warcries have lowered Area of Effect and Cooldown Recovery Rate. Cannot support triggered Warcries.

91-
Added a new Strength/Intelligence Support Gem, Excommunicate: Supports melee attacks, causing them to gain a percentage of physical damage as extra fire and lightning damage, and excommunicate enemies on melee hit. Does not modify skills used by minions.

92-
Added a new Intelligence Support Gem, Exemplar Support: Supports Minion skills, causing your minions to have increased Critical Strike Chance and Critical Strike Multiplier for each of your own recent Critical Strikes.

93-
Added a new Strength/Intelligence Support Gem, Hallow: Supports melee attacks you use yourself, causing them to inflict Hallowing Flame on melee hit. Does not modify skills used by minions.

94-
Added 10 new Runegrafts that can be found by shipping to ports in Kingsmarch: Runegraft of the Agile, Runegraft of Connection, Runegraft of Consecration, Runegraft of Fury, Runegraft of the Imbued, Runegraft of Rallying, Runegraft of Resurgence, Runegraft of Rotblood, Runegraft of the Spellbound, and Runegraft of Suffering.

96-
Added 8 new Divination Cards.

97-
The "Exotic" sub-stash of the Currency Stash has been split into two new sub-stashes "Atlas" and "League".

63+

New Content and Features

65+

Introduced two new Bloodline Classes, one which is exclusive to the Curse of the Allflame challenge league.

66+
Added a new Exceptional Skill Gem, Pact of Beidat: Cast a pact, Empowering spells that either fire projectiles, apply an effect to an area around a targeted location or fire chaining beams, causing them deal more damage and have enhanced coverage. However, using this skill also burdens you with an Affliction.

67+
Added a new Exceptional Skill Gem, Pact of Ghorr: Cast a pact, Empowering your damage over time spells but burdening you with an Affliction. This skill also grants the Hunger of Ghorr buff for a duration causing Fleshrend to trigger periodically.

68+
Added a new Exceptional Skill Gem, Pact of K'tash: Cast a pact, Empowering your damaging Vaal spells but burdening you with an Affliction. Empowered Vaal spells deal more damage, have less soul gain prevention duration and refund souls on use.

69+
Added a new Exceptional Skill Gem, Pact of Lycia: Cast a pact, Empowering the next channelling spells you cast yourself but burdening you with an Affliction. Empowered spells deal more damage and periodically trigger lightning bolts while channelling.

70+
Added a new Exceptional Support Gem, Coursing Currents: Supports skills that hit enemies, providing increased effect of Chill and Shock inflicted with Supported Skills, causing enemies to be chilled when they are shocked by your hits, and shocked when they are chilled by your hits.

71+
Added a new Exceptional Support Gem, Crystalfall: Supported Skills will Trigger Falling Crystal on Hit, causing a giant crystal of abyssal soulstone to be called from above, falling to slam down at the targeted location. Supports Slam skills. Cannot support triggered skills or skills used by things other than you.

72+
Added a new Intelligence/Strength Skill, Mana-Infused Staff: Infuses your staff with arcane energy, lowering your mana costs and increasing your chance to block. When you block, you release an arcane wave, damaging enemies in a ring-shaped area over a duration.

73+
Added a new Strength/Intelligence Transfigured Skill, Divine Blast of Radiance: Project a beam of holy light from your shield to a targeted location, causing an implosion of holy energy. This energy then lingers for a short duration as an orb, periodically releasing larger explosions. Increases and reductions to attack speed affect the rate at which explosions occur.

Further hammers are called down for each Power Charge consumed. Requires a Mace, Sceptre or Staff.

97+

Mercenaries from the lawless cities of Trarthus can now be found in areas from Act 3 onwards, awaiting you to accept their duel.

98+
Wager for an item the Mercenary is carrying, if you lose, the gold you levied will be forfeited and the Mercenary teleports out. Win, however, and the Mercenary will aid you as an ally for a number of areas, in addition to winning the spoils of course.

99+
You are guaranteed to find a Mercenary in the following Campaign Areas: The Sceptre of God, The Grand Arena, The Ridge, and The Hidden Underbelly. Mercenaries found in these areas will not have any Rucksack items.

100+
Hired Mercenaries will scale up their passive stats and skills to the level of the current area you are in, up to a maximum of level 68. The level of items you can equip to your Mercenary is still capped by the level of the area where you found that Mercenary.

101+
In Map areas, if you don't like anything the Mercenary offers, you're able to request their Warrant. A Warrant is a promise to return and duel again at a later date – a call to action which summons that specific Mercenary to a future Map, with the same set of Skills, but a new set of items. Warrants also allow you to trade specific Mercenaries to other players. A Mercenary will only grant their Warrant once however, preventing you from fighting that Mercenary in every single area.

102+
Unlike in the Mercenaries of Trarthus League, having a Mercenary does not count as a player party member, so having a Mercenary does not increase the Monster Life, or the Quantity or Rarity of Items dropped from Monsters.

103+
Added the new Luminary Ascendancy Class for the Scion, which allows you to permanently Hire Mercenaries. Luminaries can have up to 3 permanently hired Mercenaries, 2 in reserve in Towns and Hideouts, and 1 as an active ally in combat. Unlike with regular Mercenaries, you can change the items permanently hired Mercenaries have equipped, opening up innumerate potential build possibilities.

104+
The following Unique items are now once again obtained through Mercenary encounters, and have been removed from the core drop pool: Azadi Crest, Binds of Bloody Vengeance, The Ghastly Theatre, Hand of Heresy, Howlcrack, and Scornflux.

105+
Trarthan Gems are no longer possible rewards from Gem Chests in Heist. They again are obtained from Mercenary encounters.

106+
Added support for Mercenaries of Trarthus to the Atlas Passive Tree.

107+
Added a series of Trarthan Scarabs:

108+
Trarthan Scarab: Area is inhabited by a Mercenary.

109+
Trarthan Scarab of Infamy: Mercenaries found in Area are Infamous, Mercenaries found in Area are accompanied by two Wild Mercenaries.

110+
Trarthan Scarab of Renown: All Equipment Items on Mercenaries found in Area are Unique.

111+
Trarthan Scarab of Surprising Alliances: Wild Rogue Exiles in Area have 50% chance to be accompanied by a Wild Mercenary, Wild Mercenaries have increased Difficulty for each Wild Mercenary in Area.

112+
Mercenary Rucksacks in Endgame Maps can no longer generate Orbs of Transmutation or Orbs of Augmentation.

113+
Added Searing Exarch Altar Modifiers that drop Mercenaries Scarabs.

123+
Abyssal Pits, and the cracks leading up to them, are now already opened before you approach, subjugating the souls of the enemies unlucky enough to be within its influence.

124+
Slaying these enemies sends their souls into the pit, drawing the attention and ire of the minions of Kulemak dwelling beneath. Upon slaying enough of them, the Abyssal legion will spill forth from their domain.

125+
Gone are the days of chasing a meandering Abyssal crack around a Map, often backwards.

126+
Alongside this revamp, a new Abyss Endgame Pinnacle Boss has been added, with its own set of brand new Unique items.

127+
Abyss is now the exclusive source of Abyssal Jewels and Stygian Vises, though Abyssal Jewels can still be obtained rarely within Abyss Biomes in Delve.

105-

Endgame Changes

106-
107-

Extensive changes have been made to the Atlas and how you engage with Maps, without interfering with the beloved core experience. Some of the more frustrating aspects have also been streamlined or removed.

108-
Map items are no longer associated with a specific Map Area. As an example, instead of having a Tier 10 Mesa Map, you will now find a Tier 10 Map. To open a Mesa Map, you now locate and select Mesa on your Atlas, put in your Map item, and activate the Map Device.

109-
That Mesa Map may drop a Tier 11 Map. You can then place this into your Map Device, which defaults to the last Map run, and either run Mesa again or choose a new Map Area to use it on.

110-
The structure of the Atlas has also changed, you now begin your exploration at the centre of the Atlas, with each corner housing one of four Voidstone slots.

111-
All content accessed using the Map Device is now physically present on the Atlas, allowing you to see everything available in the Endgame as you reveal the fog of war.

112-
All Unique Maps are now present on the Atlas, including some old favourites that are appearing for the first time.

113-
You now gain 1 Atlas Skill Point per Unique Map completed on your Atlas, up to a maximum of 10. There are around 20 Unique Maps available, so you only need to complete the half you want (not looking at you, Hall of Grandmasters).

114-
The remaining Atlas Skill Points have been moved to other places, and you can now get more total Atlas Skill Points than before.

115-
Eagon now has a new goal and is determined to stop Zana traversing the threads that weave the Atlas together and severing them. He has made use of a new mysterious discovery, Arcane Astrolabes, but by using them to trace her movement they cause dangerous side effects.

116-
Using an Astrolabe on a Map on the Atlas manifests a Shaped Region in that quadrant of the Atlas, affecting many of the Maps within it. There are many types of Astrolabes, and they apply different types of Shaped Regions.

117-
Completing the content added by the Astrolabe will remove the Shaped Region's influence from that Map. Upon doing so, every other Map remaining in the Shaped Region will gain an additional modifier.

118-
Once you have successfully rid the Atlas of the Shaped Region, Eagon will take you to one of the four Memory Vaults, where there are powerful rewards to be had.

119-
Each Vault is associated with a specific quadrant on the Atlas, so you're able to target a certain vault if you're wanting to try to get a specific type of reward.

120-
Interacting with the Map Device now opens the Atlas screen. Clicking locations on the Atlas will allow you to use a Map (and any fragments) to open portals to that specific location.

121-
Certain locations will require special map items to access, such as Unique Maps, Shaper Guardian Maps, Nightmare Maps, Vaal Temple and locations requiring Map Fragments rather than Map Items.

122-
As you can now run any Map with a Map Item, the Favoured Map system has been removed.

123-
Memory Skills have been removed from Originator Influenced areas. You can still collect Petals in these areas, which now instead grant a higher chance to find items with Memory Strands.

124-
Several of the effects from the removed Memory Skills have been moved to new bonus modifiers on Altars at the end of Maps within Memory Threads. For example, Killing a Rare Monster consumes 30 Petals if possible to revive the Monster once.

125-
The Decayed Voidstone is now obtained from killing both the Shaper and the Elder. It can also still be obtained from defeating Uber Elder.

126-
You now receive a Voidstone from killing both the Searing Exarch and the Eater of Worlds (instead of one from each).

127-
The extra Voidstone that this leaves is now obtained from killing the Incarnation of Dread.

128-
Voidstones now upgrade the minimum Map Tier of Maps within that specific Atlas Quadrant to 16, cause Maps in that Quadrant to drop one Tier higher, and convert Tier 15 and lower maps found to Gold.

129-
Each Voidstone now also comes with a special bonus that affects all Maps on the Atlas, as well as granting the ability for Nightmare Maps to drop.

130-
Reworked the system for catching up Atlas progress on Standard. Now, if your account has previously acquired any Voidstones, completing any node on the Atlas will complete every node of the same tier and lower.

131-
Introduced the Memory of Loneliness, which adds a Memory Thread to a quadrant of the Atlas leading to the Incarnation of Neglect.

132-
Introduced the Memory of Trauma, which adds a Memory Thread to a quadrant of the Atlas leading to the Incarnation of Fear.

133-
Introduced the Memory of Reverence, which adds a Memory Thread to a quadrant of the Atlas leading to the Incarnation of Dread.

890-New Patch Notes:
891-
892-

893-
Viper Strike of the Mamba now has 30% less Attack Speed while Dual Wielding and 20% less Damage with Hits while Dual Wielding (matching regular Viper Strike). This modifier now explicitly states that it only applies to Damage with Hits rather than being ambiguous.

894-
Viper Strike of the Mamba now also has Cannot inflict multiple Poisons in the same Hit, as additional ways to apply multiple Poisons in a single Hit would otherwise have to be significantly weakened for the sake of this Skill. This does not affect the Skill's normal Dual Wielding behaviour, as it causes a single Hit (and therefore applies a single Poison) based on the combined Damage of both weapons.

895-
The majority of the Harvest Beasts that can be captured by Einhar for Beastcrafting are now much more common.

896-
The Rare Monster Item Bonus to convert all Equipment items to Currency is now more common.

901-
Enabled Inscribed Ultimatums for Ancient Orb and Fracturing Orbs. Inscribed Ultimatums for Exalted Orbs are now at higher stack sizes and have lower difficulty on average.

902-
Eater of World Altars can now have modifiers for Eldritch monsters or Map Bosses to drop Ancient Orbs.

903-
Ancient Orbs and Fracturing Orbs can now be obtained as Sanctum rewards.

904-
Lowered Currency Exchange Gold Fees for Exalted Orbs, Exalted Shards and Regal Orbs.

905-
Crafting Bench Options that previously cost a number of Exalted Orbs, now generally cost 4 Exalted Orbs (previously 1-3).

906-
The vendor recipe for a full set of influenced items of the same type now returns 1 Exalted Orb instead of 2 Exalted Shards (double the amount of all items are unidentified).

907-
Small Atlas Passives that granted 2% chance for one Monster in each of your Maps to drop an additional connected Map instead now grant 2% increased Maps found in your Maps.

908-
Kirac's Shop now sells a wider variety of Map related items, and his shop can be rerolled with Gold. Maps within Kirac's Shop generally sell for Gold, although some special items may still sell for Chaos Orbs or Orbs of Chance.
