The Can have 3 additional Enchantment Modifiers mod allows this item to have up to 4 Anointments using Oils. Like the Blight helmets, Anointments are replaced on a first in-first out basis.

Corrupting this item into a rare amulet will retain existing Anointments; this can be used to obtain Explicit modifiers such as Mana, Life, Resistances, Attributes, or Critical Strike Multiplier. However, attempting to replace Anointments with a Tainted Oil or Tainted Blessing will remove all but 1 Anointment as the item will no longer have the Unique modifier.

Item acquisition

Stranglegasp has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.

Can drop from Blight-Ravaged Maps.
