% Reduced Flask Charge Used
The Vaal Souls gained are will be the actual flask charges used. So if you have a 100 flask version and you have 15% reduced flask charges used you will gain 85 Vaal Souls.
% Chance of flask not using charges
This will gain you souls even when no charges are used.
% Increased Flask Effect
Increased flask effect will not increase the Vaal Souls gained.
