Golem builds should now be less dependent on this Jewel to be effective, and instead have Transfigured Skill Gems available that serve a similar purpose.

+1 to maximum number of Summoned Golems if you have 3 Primordial Items Socketed or Equipped: Equipping or socketing three or more Primordial items or jewels grants an additional golem. This can be any combination of the following items:

Primordial Might
Replica Primordial Might
The Primordial Chain

However, Replica Primordial Might's mod and The Anima Stone's mod cancel each other so that there is no net change in maximum number of Golems. (Only +1 to maximum number of Golems from the first modifier of The Anima Stone, instead of +2 if using 3 Primordial items )
