# The Tempest's Binding ## Modifiers Socketed gems are supported by level 18 [[Ice Bite Support]] and level 18 [[Innervate Support]]. All support modifiers are accounted for, including the mana multiplier. <span class="explicitMod">Grants Summon Harbinger of Storms Skill</span>: Summons an immortal Harbinger minion.
