Modifiers
The Blood Magic and Mortal Conviction mods have the same effect as the keystones, Blood Magic and Mortal Conviction respectively. Taking the keystones in addition to equipping this item will impart no additional benefit.
Since Blood Magic removes mana and changes active skills to cost or reserve life, the add spell damages modifiers of this item is only able to trigger when the player does not use skill that reserve life, such as aspect, herald, Arctic Armour, Summon Skitterbots and etc. Non-banner skill that have permanent aura on you is permitted, due to Mortal Conviction keystone remove the reserve of these skill, with a drawback of one permanent non-banner aura on the player from the skill of the player themselves. Note that curse aura from Blasphemy Support is also counted as Your Non-banner skills that create permanent auras on you (thus no life reserved), even the curse effect does not affect the player themselves.

Removed the Prophecy mechanic from the game, and moved many of its rewards to other content.
Fated Unique Items not mentioned explicitly in the version 3.17.0 patch notes now have a chance to drop from any endgame map boss. This is a temporary measure to maintain their availability. They will be moved to a new acquisition system in a future expansion.
No longer has the Mortal Conviction mod, as the keystone is removed from the game. Affects existing uniques.
