Version	Changes
3.20.0	Pledge of Hands now drops from Atziri in The Apex of Sacrifice (previously in the Alluring Abyss).
3.16.0	Pledge of Hands is now exclusively obtained as a drop from Atziri, Queen of the Vaal in The Alluring Abyss, and through relevant Divination Cards. The Hollow Pledge Prophecy can no longer be obtained, though existing Prophecies can still be completed.
3.15.0	Now grants 50% increased Maximum Mana (previously 100%).
3.11.0	Basetype has new implicit and new base damage changes. Read Judgement Staff for details.
3.8.0	In addition to the Version_3.8.0#Legion Mechanics Added to the Core Game\|above ways of encountering Legion monoliths, you can now find Legion uniques in chests that award league-restricted items. Unique items that can be found exclusively from Legion encounters as of 3.7.0 can still only be found from Legion encounters and the related reward sources above. Several Staves are now classified as Warstaves. Warstaves can no longer roll caster-related modifiers, while Staves retain their old mod generation behaviour.
3.7.0	No longer drops outside of the Legion challenge leagues. Spell Echo has been replaced with Greater Spell Echo. Affects all versions of the item. Certain staff base types can no longer roll spell-based mods such as added damage for spells or increased spell damage. Their base attack speeds have been slightly increased, and their damage decreased to compensate. This affects all existing versions of these base types. 2.6.0	Base type implicit mod increased to 18% Chance to Block (up from 12%). Base type critical strike chance decreased to 6.1% (down from 6.6%).
