  • Corruption-Exclusive Unique Jewel (Only crimson, viridian or cobalt jewel)
  • Jewel with a Corrupted Implicit Modifier
  • Level 21 Gem
  • Quality 23 Gem
  • Weapon with a Corrupted Implicit Modifier

This challenge is quite straightforward, you must use Vaal Orbs on different item types (Armor, Jewels, Gems and Weapons) until you get the specified outcomes.
