    1. Obtain/buy The Snuffed Flame prophecy and activate it
    2. Obtain/buy Kaltenhalt and carry it in your inventory
    3. Travel to the The Lower Prison
    4. Kill Chatters
    5. You will obtain a new Kaltensoul in your inventory
