Mechanics

Only increases and reductions to Spell Damage are applied to attacks. More and less modifiers do not apply to attacks.

Interactions

If Repentance is equipped in conjunction with Crown of Eyes, each point of strength grants 0.2% increased attack damage globally. This does not stack with strength's original effect of granting 0.2% increased melee physical damage, so this interaction has no effect on characters that already rely on melee physical damage.

Version history

Version	Changes
3.10.0	Crown of Eyes now causes increases and reductions to Spell Damage to apply to Attacks at 150% of their value (from 100%). This affects all versions of the item.
3.7.0	Now has 300 to 350 Accuracy Rating (from 200 to 250). Existing versions can be updated using a Divine Orb.
3.5.0	Now causes you to leech from all types of attack damage, not just physical attack damage. This affects all versions of the item.
2.0.0	Multiple leech effects now stack. A single hit against multiple targets grants multiple effects, as do multiple hits against a single target.{{efn\|name=Pre-2.0.0 legacy variant}}
