Accuracy
Accuracy is a rating that measures a character's chance to hit with melee and ranged weapons. Accuracy is opposed by the defender's evasion.
Players can gain accuracy through skills, equipping items or Dexterity, which gives 2 additional base accuracy per point. Characters also gain 2 base accuracy rating when leveling up.
Mechanics
Accuracy is weighed against the target's evasion when determining if an attack hits or misses according to:
Chance to hit can not be lower than 5% but can hit 100%.
Resolute Technique, Worthy Foe, Vigilant Strike, and The Effigon will raise the chance to hit to 100%, ignoring all accuracy and evasion stats of the attacker and defender respectively.
Unwavering Stance does the same, in reverse; all attacks against the subject will hit regardless of accuracy.
Spells do not benefit from accuracy since evasion does not aid in avoiding them.
