Vigilant Strike

Vigilant Strike is a [[melee]] [[attack]] skill that cannot be evaded and applies the Fortify buff on hit. Vigilant Strike has one of the highest base damages of any attack skill, but has a cooldown that can only be bypassed by expending an [[endurance charge]].

Skill functions and interactions

  • Dual wielding: When [[dual wielding]], Vigilant Strike will randomly choose one weapon to attack with.
  • Can't be Evaded causes any other source of this modifier, as well as accuracydexAccuracy in general, to be redundant.
  • Vigilant Strike can still miss if the target [[dodge]]s or [[block]]s.
  • Critical Strikes work as normal, but accuracy does not need to be checked.

Fortify duration modifiers also apply to the fortify buff granted to allies.
