    Elemental Hit
    Each attack with a melee weapon will choose an element at random, and will only be able to deal damage of that element. If the attack hits an enemy, it will deal damage in an area around them, with the radius being larger if that enemy is suffering from an ailment of the chosen element. It will avoid choosing the same element twice in a row.
    Dual Strike
    Attacks with both weapons, dealing the damage of both in one strike. Dual wield only. Does not work with wands.

    Frenzy of Onslaught

    Attacks with your weapon, applying a charged debuff to enemies hit by your strike, and an uncharged debuff to any other enemies hit. Upon reaching 6 charges, expiring, or the enemy's death, the charged debuff is removed to damage that and other surrounding enemies.     Hits enemies, converting some of your physical damage to cold damage. If a non-unique enemy is frozen and is on less than one third life, they will shatter when hit by Glacial Hammer.     Ruthless Support

    Ruthless Support is a Support gem that causes every third Attack made with the skill to deal substantially more damage and have increased base stun duration.

    Skill functions and interactions

    When supported by Multistrike Support, Ruthless blows work differently, instead of occurring every third hit, it occurs every third multistrike. This means hits from the first 2 uses (attacks 1 - 6) will be "normal blows" and all hits from the 3rd multi-strike use (attacks 7-9) will be ruthless blows.

    Using this idea, Ruthless Blow may actually trigger by skill use, rather than skill attack, meaning, you will have to use the attack skill 3 times to trigger Ruthless Blow.

    The Ruthless Blow counter still counts if you hit with a skill or not, for example, if you miss the first 2 hits of your supported attack, Ruthless Blow will count at your last 3rd attack, whether it be a hit or not.

    Tracking blows: Keeping track of ruthless blows allows for them to be ready to use before a fight begins.

    • Multiple attacks - can be supported by ruthless support. Each attack tracks their own ruthless blows separately. When tracking multiple attacks, multiple ruthless blows can be ready before a fight begins.

    Channeled skills, including Cyclone can not be supported by Ruthless and will not interact with it in any way.
