Ground Slam /6 ⍟
An area of effect, melee attack that deals a wave of area damage with your main hand weapon. Enemies closer to you take more damage. Ground Slam also has an increased chance to stun enemies.

Brutality SupportGreatly increases the physical damage of Ground Slam but means you cannot deal chaos or elemental damage. Use this support with a strong physical damage weapon.
Chance to Bleed SupportIncreases the chance of inflicting the bleed ailment on enemies with Ground Slam. Bleeding deals physical damage over time, with more damage dealt to moving targets. This support also adds a small amount of flat physical damage to Ground Slam.
Increased Area of Effect SupportIncreases the area of effect of Ground Slam allowing it to hit a greater number of targets at once.
Maim SupportGrants Ground Slam a chance to Maim enemies on hit. Maimed enemies have reduced movement speed and take increased physical damage. This support also gives more physical damage with Ground Slam.

Vaal Ground Slam

Vaal Ground Slam is a vaal melee attack that slams the ground, creating a wave that travels in all directions, knocking enemies back and stunning them.

Skill Functions and Interactions

Soul Gain Prevention - Vaal Ground Slam has a 1 second soul gain prevention time. Vaal Ground Slam and Vaal Burning Arrow share the lowest soul gain prevention timer for vaal skills.

Exerted - Vaal Ground Slam is currently the only vaal skill that can be exerted by warcries.

Interactions:

Southbound gloves have the potential to prevent your hits from killing enemies, keeping them alive on 1 life. This allows the character to wait until the soul gain prevention time is over to kill enemies and gain all souls from all kills. The base duration is 1 second and this can be reduced further by Vaal Skills have % reduced Soul Gain Prevention Duration. After the soul gain prevention timer has expired, the enemy can be killed by any non-vaal skill that can do damage over time and the character will gain all souls for all kills if they have room to store those kills. If the kill size outnumbers the souls per use in every situation, this combination can be repeated over and over again. In other words in areas where you regularly kill 15 enemies or more at the same time, vaal ground slam will always have enough souls to be used on every pack of enemies.
