Item acquisition

This item has a small chance to drop from any enemy spawned by a Prophecy. It could also be obtained by completing the Ancient Rivalries IV prophecy chain.

Version	Changes
3.17.0	Removed the Prophecy mechanic from the game, and moved many of its rewards to other content. Unique Items previously obtained by completing Prophecy chains have been added to the core drop pool.
3.16.0	Now has 600-1000 Accuracy and Evasion, and prevents +3% of Suppressed Spell Damage. Existing items have a 12-20% chance to Suppress Spell Damage, and '''cannot''' be updated with a Divine Orb.
3.0.0	The Ancient Rivalries prophecy chain (which drop '''Hinekora's Sight''') can no longer be obtained from Navali. Existing chains can still be completed. The '''Hinekora's Sight''' unique amulet now has a small chance to drop from any enemy spawned by a Prophecy.
