# The Fledgling ## Mechanics <span class="explicitMod">Far Shot</span>: <span class="item_description">Projectile Attack Hits deal 20% less Damage to targets at the start of their movement, dealing up to 60% more Damage to targets as the projectile travels farther</span> The <span class="explicitMod">Far Shot</span> cannot stack with other source of the modifiers such as [[Far Shot]] the Ascendancy passive skill or the [[Lioneye's Glare]] unique bow. However, player can still allocate Far Shot the Ascendancy passive skill, since the Ascendancy passive has another mod "<span class="explicitMod">projectile barrages have no spread</span>", which can stack with other modifiers of this unique helmet. <span class="explicitMod">rojectiles cannot collide with Enemies at Close Range</span>P: The range of this modifier appears to be very small, and requires enemies to be almost in contact with the player to work. Projectiles will not hit, damage, or cause any on-hit effects against these monsters. Certain skill effects such as Toxic Rain's degeneration effect which don't care about hit damage will still apply to these enemies.
