这是个生shi物wu梗。很明显这武器就是个螃蟹腿的样子，而它的特点是显眼的蓝螯。所以说这个物品来源於大西洋蓝蟹（学名：Callinectes Sapidus）

而物品名字的第一个自造词「Callinellus」应当是来自它的属名Callinectes，第二个词Malleus则意为「锤骨」，是哺乳动物耳部的一块骨骼。
