Decayed Voidstone
Decayed Voidstone is a Voidstone. Socketing Voidstones will empower maps within the Atlas quadrant it is placed in. Each Voidstone also grants a chance for a tier 16 map to drop as a Nightmare Map.

When socketed in the Atlas in the top right corner, the Decayed Voidstone adds a side Atlas page that grants access to the following areas:
