Mechanics

Greater Volley Support is identical to Volley Support but fires 4 additional projectiles instead of 2.
Supported Skills deal 21% less Projectile Damage - less damage penality than level 20 Greater Multiple Projectiles Support (26% less)
Mana Multiplier: 165% - same as Greater Multiple Projectiles Support and more than Volley Support (140%)

Item acquisition

Reach of the Council may drop from Yriel, the Feral Lord during The Feral Lord V encounter. It cannot be chanced .

3.17.0	The Pale Council fight is no longer accessible and its previously-exclusive Unique Items have been added to the core drop pool. Reach of the Council's basetype Spine Bow now has 38-115 Physical Damage (previously 26-78). Reach of the Council now adds 10-16 to 45-60 Physical Damage (previously 15-30 to 70-95).
3.11.0	Now cause arrows fired from the first firing points to always pierce, arrows fired from the second firing points to fork, arrows fired from the third firing points to return, and arrows fired from the fourth firing points to chain +2 times.
3.9.0	Reach of the Council's basetypes now has a base attack speed of 1.4 attacks per second (from 1.35) and 6.5% base critical strike chance (from 6%). The damage has been lowered to allow for the changes to attack speed. We're very sorry, Reach of the Council fans!
3.5.0	No longer grants 2 additional arrows. It now has 50-75% (up from 40-50%) increased physical damage and supports socketed gems with level 20 Greater Volley Support. Existing versions can be updated to these new values with a Divine Orb, but this will not change the additional arrows into Greater Volley.
3.0.0	The Pale Council encounter has been rebalanced and is, in general, be more difficult. Defeating the Pale Council will earn you one of four new unique items exclusively available from them. (not in patch notes) The drop method of '''Reach of the Council''', has been moved to The Feral Lord V prophecy chain.
2.6.0	The following changes CAN be obtained by rerolling the item's mods with a Divine Orb: Number of Additional Arrows reduced to 2 (from 4).
2.4.0	The following changes do not affect existing versions of these items, unless you use a Divine Orb to reroll them: Added damage has been lowered from (25-40 to 100-115) to (15-30 to 70-95). Local increased physical damage has been reduced from (50%-70%) to (40%-50%).
