Chainbreaker
Chainbreaker is a Keystone passive skill which grants 3 Rage regeneration per second and makes increases and decreases to Mana Regeneration Rate instead apply to Rage, but also makes skills cost 3 Rage to use.
Mechanics
The cost of rage can be reduced by things that lower the cost of skills. Because the rage cost is added to the cost of the skill itself.
Location
This keystone will conquered any keystones within the jewel radius of a Lethal Pride that has modifier Commanded leadership over (10000–18000) warriors under Akoya.
