Modifiers

You count as on Low Life modifier won't trigger when you reach Low Life effects, specifically things like Champion's First to Strike, Last to Fall, even if you toggle on/off Vulnerability by using of Warding flasks.

Version history

Version	Changes
3.20.0	Item modifiers that inflict a specific Hex no longer do so with increased effect. This includes instances where the Hex is a downside on the player, such as from Coward's Chains, Coward's Legacy, or Soul Mantle. This change affects existing items.
3.12.0	Items which apply a Curse to an enemy (such as the curse-on-hit Ring modifiers) no longer specify a level, and instead have a set magnitude for their values with a fixed amount of Doom, which is overwritten when another source applies a more potent version (similar to Arcane Surge).
