Esh's Visage

Modifiers

Esh's Visage has an exclusive property – otherwise only available on Solaris Lorica, Shavronne's Wrappings and Coruscating Elixir – that prevents chaos damage from bypassing the character's energy shield.

If the player drops to low life or low mana, the modifier will be disabled. The player must keep both values simultaneously above 50%.

The modifier will continue working if the player takes the Blood Magic keystone. This is because mana is neither full, nor low. It simply does not exist.

3.16.0	The {{Il\|Esh's Visage}} Unique Shield now has “Chaos Damage does not bypass Energy Shield while not on Low Life” (previously Low Life or Low Mana), this change affects existing items. It also now has “+70-100 to maximum Life” (previously +40-70), existing items can be updated to these new values with a Divine Orb.
3.14.0	The Low threshold for Life, Mana and Energy Shield is now 50% or below (previously below 35%). This means that a single 50% reservation will now put you into a Low state. Light radius has been adjusted accordingly. * (Not in patch note) Esh's Visage is affected by this change indirectly, but no item balance is made for this item.
