Mechanics

Multiple jewels will combine their chances to deal Double Damage. In other words, the player can not apply a 4x hit.

Version history

Version	Changes
3.17.0	Unique Threshold Jewels are no longer offered as a quest reward for completing "Death to Purity" in Act 5. Instead, you are now offered a choice of a Rare Crimson, Rare Cobalt, or Rare Viridian Jewel. The following Unique Jewels can no longer be obtained: First Snow, Frozen Trail, Growing Agony, Overwhelming Odds, Rapid Expansion, Steel Spirit, Weight of the Empire, and Winter Burial.
2.6.0	Now limited to 2. Increased physical damage mod increased to 8-12% (up from 4-12%). Chance for Heavy Strike to deal double damage increased to 20% (up from 10%). Strength requirement in radius reduced to 40. No longer requires strength in radius to be allocated.
