3.19.0	'''A Divine Orb can be used to obtain the new values of modifiers, but cannot be used to gain new modifiers:''' No longer has 25-35% increased Fire Damage. Now has +3 to Level of Socketed Fire Gems (previously +1) Now has 100% increased Spell Damage taken when on Low Mana (previously 15%).
3.14.0	The Low threshold for Life, Mana and Energy Shield is now 50% or below (previously below 35%). This means that a single 50% reservation will now put you into a Low state. Light radius has been adjusted accordingly. Now causes you to take 15% increased Spell Damage when on Low Mana (previously 25%).

3.0.0	Infernal Mantle's increased Spell Damage taken on Low Mana has been reduced to 25%, and Increased Energy Shield has been reduced to 120-160%. Basetype's Energy Shield value has also reduced.
2.3.0	Elemental to chaos conversion has been reduced in effectiveness. This only appears on a few items, but is a system change rather than just a change to those items. As such the items affected will not have legacy versions with old values. We have made sure these items display the correct new effective value. The values of chaos conversion on Voltaxic Rift, Infernal Mantle and The Consuming Dark uniques have been reduced to be 60% of their prior value.
