The fourth new unique item we're featuring today was created by Waggle. It's an amulet called The Eternal Struggle, which will drop from either The Infinite Hunger or The Black Star. The amulet has a pair of Eldritch mods, and the one that is dominant will be based on which of the bosses dropped it. The dominant mod also controls whether the amulet gives a Malignant Madness or Culling Strike bonus.
