Avatar of the Veil is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Raider that grants elemental status ailment immunity during Phasing. It also causes nearby enemies to have less accuracy and be affected by Fire, Cold, and Lightning Exposure while you are affected by Phasing, applying -20% to those resistances.

Since Avatar of the Veil is the node behind Quartz Infusion, the player character would has permanent Phasing already to trigger the mod of Avatar of the Veil.
