Obtain/buy Sun's Punishment prophecy and activate it
Obtain/buy Sundance and carry it in your inventory
Travel to the The Solaris Temple Level 2 (Act 8)
Kill Dawn, Harbinger of Solaris
You will obtain a new Sunspite in your inventory
