Mechanics

The Phase Acrobatics mod has the same effect as the Phase Acrobatics keystone. Taking the keystone in addition to equipping this item will impart no additional benefit.

The definition for the phrase "Evasion Rating is increased by Uncapped Cold Resistance" is translated ingame as: "Uncapped Restistance is the Value Resistance would have if ignoring Maximum Resistance", which means you get increased evasion rating for the value that you see behind your current maximum resistance ingame.

"Cold Resistance:75%(150%)".
