9-Delirium Changes
10-* Added and rebalanced various Cluster Jewel notables. Please read the Cluster Jewel Balance section for more information.
11-* The Quantity and Rarity bonus applied to monsters from Delirium encounters has been lowered as is now more consistent across Monster rarities. Previously, Monsters of Normal rarity had a disproportionately larger amount of Quantity and Rarity being applied to them compared to Monsters of higher rarities.

13-## Harvest Patch Notes

15-Delirium Mechanics Added to the Core Game
16-* Delirium has been added to the core game. From the Torched Courts onwards, you'll have approximately a 5% chance to encounter a Mirror of Delirium in each area. Once you reach the Atlas, that chance will increase by a small amount for each other league, atlas or master mechanic that appears in that area. In other words, if your goal is to encounter Mirrors of Delirium then you are encouraged to use your Zana modifiers, master missions, sextants, and whatever else you have available to you!
17-* You'll now have a greater chance of finding Cluster Jewels through Delirium encounters, proportional to the number of rewards you earn during that encounter.
10+* The Forbidden Sanctum has been added to the core game. You'll initially meet Divinia in the Oriath Docks in Act 10, who provides you with access to the Forbidden Sanctum.
11+* The Forbidden Sanctum has a maximum Area Level of 83.
12+* Introduced Forbidden Tomes, which are tradeable items that are found in the end game. A Forbidden Tome represents the entire first floor of the Forbidden Sanctum, and its rooms can be played back to back.
13+* Upon successfully completing a Sanctum floor, the next floor is generated as a tradable item with the state of your Sanctum built in, including your Boons, Afflictions, Resolve, Relics and Aureus.
14+* Relics have also returned and are now tradeable. They are locked in at the beginning of the first Sanctum floor, and cannot be changed for the remainder of the Sanctum run.
15+* Completing a Forbidden Sanctum run now requires killing Lycia in both her first and second form. She will always drop a Unique Relic, which have also been reworked and replaced as we rebalanced the Forbidden Sanctum.
16+* Primary defences now have some effect on protecting your Resolve. Armour provides Resolve Mitigation from Enemy Hits, Evasion grants a chance to Avoid Resolve loss from Enemy Hits, while Energy Shield provides you with Resolve Aegis, which is a mechanic that behaves similarly to how Energy Shield behaves for Life.
17+* The difficulty of Forbidden Sanctum has been increased, especially in the later floors. Monsters generally have more Life, and deal slightly more Resolve damage.
18+* Rare Monsters can now be found within the Forbidden Sanctum, and completing a room now requires killing all Rare Monsters present.
19+* Monsters in the Forbidden Sanctum are immune to damage if there is no player within 100 units of them.
20+* Boons and Afflictions have been reviewed and rebalanced, and we've also added new Boons and Afflictions themed around the new defensive mechanics.
21+* The Rusted Mallet minor Affliction that causes Monsters to have Knockback has been removed.
22+* Relic modifiers have also been reviewed and rebalanced. We've also added new Relic modifiers for the new defensive mechanics.
23+* We've also added more hazards and room variety to the Forbidden Sanctum.
24+* The Forbidden Sanctum has also been adjusted for Ruthless.

1926 ## Introduction
20-The Delirium league and Hardcore Delirium league were playable challenge leagues. They launched on March 13, 2020 (UTC) or March 14 New Zealand local time, alongside the Version 3.10.0 patch.
2127
22-In this league, each area contains a Mirror of [[Delirium]]. When players pass through the mirror, it creates a fog of [[Delirium]] that spawns new enemies and makes existing enemies tougher. The fog will continue to spread out, and the deeper players venture out, the stronger enemies get. Defeating enemies in the fog adds extra rewards, and enemies within the Delirium can drop Delirium orbs, which add a layer of Delirium to the entire map, and splinters that combine into a gateway to the [[Simulacrum]]. Enemies in the Delirium can also drop Cluster Jewels, which are socketed in the outermost sockets in the passive skill tree to create an entire cluster of passive skills and can be modified to grant different passive skills.
28+In this league, you'll discover The Forbidden Sanctum, an ancient Templar enclave hidden beneath the Fellshrine Ruins. Abandoned for a long time, it is now controlled by a malevolent entity. You must explore it, uncover its secrets, and deal with the evil that lurks within.
2329
24-All characters and stashes were moved to Standard league and Hardcore league respectively when the leagues end. Characters that died in the Hardcore Delirium league were immediately moved to the permanent Standard league. The Mirror of Delirium can still appear randomly in the story maps and in Maps with the league modifier.

40-New enemies and hazards can spawn within the mist and existing enemies can receive a Delirium modifier, making them stronger or giving them new attacks. All enemies in the mist are Delirious, giving them increased damage mitigation and damage. The further out you are in the mist, the stronger the effect.
41-
42-Enemies in the mist can drop [[Cluster Jewel]] and [[Simulacrum Splinter]] (starting at maps).
43-
44-As you kill enemies inside the mist, a reward bar on the bottom left will start filling up. Filling the bar will cause you to gain the reward type after the Delirium encounter, and can be filled multiple times. When the first bar reaches level 3, a second reward bar will appear, and at level 5 a third reward bar appears.
45-
46-### Timer
47-
48-Delirium encounters only last a short period of time. After a certain period of time, the mist will stop spreading, and a countdown begins. If you step out of the mist for more than 5 seconds, the Delirium encounter will end. Any enemies outside the mist will have their Delirium modifiers removed. The encounter can also be prematurely ended by pressing a button on the bottom right (which can be key bound). Certain actions will pause or extend the time before the mist stops spreading. The mist also stops moving while there are no players in the instance.
49-
50-The following will pause the mist timer:
51-
52- - During an Immortal Syndicate Research encounter
53- - During an Incursion encounter
54- - During a Legion Timeless Monolith encounter
55- - During a Breach encounter
56- - Being within range of a Blight portal
57- - While in the Sacred Grove
58- - While within radius of a Ritual Altar
59-
60-The following will extend the mist timer:
61- - Opening a Strongbox
62-- Defeating a monster holding an Essence
63-- Capturing a red Beast
64-- Defeating an Immortal Syndicate group
65-- An Abyss crack starts moving to the next direction
66-- Completing a Blight encounter
67-- Defeating a Metamorph
68-- Defeating a Harbinger
69-- Opening a Perandus chest
70-
71-### Delirium orbs
72-
73-[[Delirium orb]] can be applied to maps to cover the entire map in mist permanently. Each orb makes the map 20% more Delirious, and up to 5 orbs can be used in one map. Rewards will also drop each time the bar is filled, since the mist never clears up. Enemies at very high Delirious percents are extremely tough, with even normal rarity enemies becoming comparable to high tier map bosses.
74-
75-### Strange Voice
76-
77-Starting from [[The Torched Courts]] (Act 5), a voice starts talking to the player whenever you touch a Mirror of Delirium. He has unique lines in Act zones.
78-
79-## Minimap
80-These new icons are introduced to the minimap:
