The flat buff duration modifier comes before others duration modifiers such as #% increased/reduced duration and #% less duration, the minimun buff durations is 0.73 with a -2 duration on the item, using a 12% reduced duration Warped Timepiece, socketed with Less Duration Support lv 21 and Swift Affliction Support.

Item acquisition

Saqawal's Talons can only drop from Saqawal, First of the Sky in Saqawal's Roost. It cannot be chanced.
