Xoph's Nurture is a unique Citadel Bow.

Mechanics

Socketed Gems are Supported by Level 20 Ignite Proliferation:

Applicable skill gems socketed in this item are supported by level 20 Ignite Proliferation Support. All support stats are accounted for, including the mana multiplier.
An ignite can't affect something twice. It either spreads to other enemies or it doesn't, it can't "spread twice" and end up as two ignites on the other enemy.

(Not in patch note) The added physical damage has been lowered to (200-240)% increased Physical Damage (down from (265-330)%) unintentionally.
