    Mechanics

    Blood Magic: When the Blood Magic keystone is allocated, the spell damage bonus from Clear Mind is always applied because having no mana implies that no mana is reserved.

    Life reservation: If an aura is supported with Arrogance Support to reserve life, then it is not reserving mana and the spell damage bonus from Clear Mind applies as expected.

    Another way to use an aura and not reserve mana is to use the unique ring Essence Worm, which causes the socketed skill gem to not reserve mana.
