Mechanics

Socketed Gems have Elemental Equilibrium The effect of Elemental Equilibrium modifier is the same as the keystone, except it is "local" to the socketed active skill gem, and not a global modifier.

For example, Minions summoned from a minion skill gem socketed in this item will be granted the Elemental Equilibrium effect.
