Steps
- Obtain/buy The Servant's Heart prophecy and activate it
- Obtain/buy Storm Cloud and carry it in your inventory
- Travel to the The Chamber of Sins Level 2 (Act 2)
- Kill Fidelitas
- You will obtain a new The Tempest in your inventory
- Optionally buy The Jeweller's Touch prophecy, activate it and roll Jeweller's Orb s on your item to 5-link it
- Optionally buy Fated Connections prophecy, activate it and roll Jeweller's Orb s on your item to 6-link it
