    1. Obtain/buy The Servant's Heart prophecy and activate it
    2. Obtain/buy Storm Cloud and carry it in your inventory
    3. Travel to the The Chamber of Sins Level 2 (Act 2)
    4. Kill Fidelitas
    5. You will obtain a new The Tempest in your inventory
    6. Optionally buy The Jeweller's Touch prophecy, activate it and roll Jeweller's Orb s on your item to 5-link it
    7. Optionally buy Fated Connections prophecy, activate it and roll Jeweller's Orb s on your item to 6-link it
