The projectiles pierce through all targets, dealing lightning damage and leaving behind a narrow trail of shocking ground for a duration. ## Skill Functions and Interactions - **Chaining**: Since Vaal Lightning Trap's projectiles always pierce, then they cannot chain, so supporting it with [[Chain Support]] will have no effect. - **Multiple Traps**: When Vaal Lightning Trap is linked with [[Multiple Traps Support]] or [[Cluster Traps Support]], additional traps are only placed if Vaal Lightning Trap has sufficient souls to do so. - **Duration**: Increased Duration increases both the trap duration and the duration of the shocking ground effect.
