Next Thursday, October 23rd PDT, we’ll be announcing our next expansion for Path of Exile 1! GGG Live GGG Live will begin at 12PM on October 23 (PDT) at twitch.tv/pathofexile! During the livestream you'll learn all about the 3.27 expansion for Path of Exile, its challenge league and other content. After the livestream, Mark and Jonathan will answer your questions live in a Q&A session. A new Twitch Drops reward will be enabled for the livestream. We’ll announce the details early next week. 	What Will Happen When The Mercenaries League Ends	Community_Team#0000	10/16
The Mercenaries Challenge League will end soon and you may be wondering what will happen when it does. We really love the Mercenaries mechanic overall and intend on adding it to the game in the future but they will not be added in 3.27. Much like a lot of leagues when they go core we need time to rebalance, adjust mechanics and review how they will fit into the game when not necessarily appearing in every area. They will be returning, just not yet! So, here’s what you can expect when the league ends on Oct 28, 2025 5:00 AM (GMT+8) (this is displayed in your local time). Items you have given them to equip will go into remove only tabs. Mercenaries will be deleted. Trarthan Gems will be a new reward you can get from Gem Chests in Heist. Mercenary League specific uniques will move into the global drop pool. Update Since posting this there has been a lot of questions about Mercenary Item specific modifiers. Existing items with the modifiers will be maintained on standard, but the mods won't be available straight away through any other mechanic. It's possible that some of them come back in some capacity in the future, but no immediate plans. Thanks to everyone for playing and to those of you still trying to complete your unfinished challenges, you still have two weeks to do so before the Mercenaries League ends. To those of you looking forward to something new, keep an eye on the news for the upcoming 3.27 reveal!

Thanks for your feedback. Regarding your points: 1. The inventory system is unlikely to change for console as it mirrors the MKB methodology. 2. L3/R3 or LS/RS are used for preassigned QoL features for players, however we are investigating customisation for them in the future. 3. There is a Mini Map Zoom setting in the options, have you tried experimenting with them to improve icon/map scales? 4. An `active quest` system has been discussed and is something we will investigate a solution for.

Thanks for your feedback. The drop is guaranteed from multiple monsters in the area, is it possible you have already collected it and it is presently placed in the quest altar? Could you share a video if the issue persists?

Sorry to hear you're still having issues with PS5 audio. The audio issue was related to an FMOD update that caused problems for our engine, we have made partial fixes to solve the majority of the problem however it is not a complete fix. The 0.3.1 update had further fixes, but we are still investigating a final solution with the FMOD support team to completely stop this problem from happening. Thanks for your patience.

0.3.1b Patchnotes Second Wind III Support now only recovers life if the supported skill actually consumes a cooldown use. Fixed an issue where the Ground Effects for the Flaming, Sleet, and Shocking Map Modifiers did not receive the reduced frequency changes from the 0.3.1 patch. Existing modifiers on Waystones will not be affected by this change. Fixed a bug where stats that increased the chance of encountering specific content in maps were only increasing the chance relative to other content, and not increasing the amount of content encountered overall. Fixed a bug where Minion Instability was able to trigger on Spectres that had been removed after weapon swapping. Fixed a bug where the Infernalist's Altered Flesh Skill did not display stats on the character sheet correctly. Fixed an issue where Explosive Spear and Storm Lance were thrown at the character's feet when no enemy was targeted while using a controller. Fixed an issue where characters could get stuck in unwalkable terrain in the final phase of the Vessel of Kulemak fight. Fixed a bug which allowed you to 'upgrade' Runes, Liquid Emotions and Catalysts in the Essence Stash Tab, which could cause items to be deleted in certain cases. Fixed an issue where The Pale Angel could not spawn as a Corrupted Nexus boss. Fixed an issue where the Cruel Hegemony Unique Tablet did not sell to vendors for the correct amount of Gold. Fixed an issue where some guild microtransactions were not usable on all platforms. Fixed 2 client crashes.

Following on from our previous Path of Exile 3.27 Expansion Timeline news post, we have some dates to share with you regarding the next chapter for Path of Exile. We will be announcing the content of the expansion in a livestream on October 23rd (PDT). The 3.27 expansion for Path of Exile will be released on October 31st (PDT). The Mercenaries league will end on the 27th of October (PDT). We'll let you know what will be happening to our Trarthan friends (and enemies) closer to the end of the league. The name of the 3.27 expansion will be revealed soon, so keep an eye on the news!

0.3.1 Hotfix 2 Fixed a bug where Life Loss from Blood Hunt's Explosions and Poisonous Concoction's Acidic Bursts sometimes didn't apply when very large amounts of damage were supposed to be dealt. Fixed a client crash related to game audio.
