Death Rush applies Onslaught for 4 seconds when the character kills an enemy.

Version history

(Undocumented in patch notes) Due to change in modifiers, no longer has a higher level requirement. Instead, it has the default level requirement of 30 based on the item's basetype Amethyst Ring.
