## Modifiers +3 to Level of all Physical Spell Skill Gems – This modifier increases the level of all skill gems with both the Physical and Spell gem tags that are socketed in the character's equipment. Deal no Elemental Damage – The character cannot deal any elemental damage, whether it be with attacks, spells, traps, mines or totems.
