# 施放速度 **施放速度** is a keyword and refers to the speed of using skills which are spells and is calculated as uses per second. Casting a spell consists of cast time and other time mechanics and spell effect. Cast speed is calculated as 1 second/cast time of spell. Cast speed can be found throughout the game, on passive skills, equipment, skill gems, monster affixes, map affixes, and so on. The base cast time is derived from the spell being used, it is the length of time required to cast a spell. Cast speed is a derived stat which is equal to 1 divided by Cast Time. Therefore if the cast speed is increased, the cast time is reduced. For example, if a player is using a skill with a base cast time of 0.8 seconds, and the player has a total of <span class="implicitMod">增加 50% 施放速度</span>, then the modified cast time can be calculated as follows:  每個[[Frenzy charge]]增加 4% 施放速度。
