    Modifiers

    • -# to maximum Endurance Charges is one of a only two sources of reduced maximum endurance charges, the other being Fragility.
    • -#% to maximum Block Chance is the only way to lower maximum block chance.
    • +#% to all maximum Resistances while you have no Endurance Charges and You have Onslaught while at maximum Endurance Charges may seem opposed, but with a maximum endurance charge value of 0 with Ahn's Heritage and two Fragility jewels, both effects will be active at once. This assumes no additional maximum endurance charges are gained from other sources.
