# Physical damage reduction Physical damage is mitigated by the sum of all <span class="explicitMod">#% additional Physical Damage Reduction</span> modifiers, up to its 90% cap. These modifiers can be calculated for example from [[Endurance charge]]s, [[Summon Chaos Golem]] or [[Oak]]s bandit reward. [[Armour]] also grants physical damage reduction. However, armour requires that the defender is [[hit]] by the damage and is calculated differently. Physical Damage Reduction cannot be below zero.
