    When a Bloodseeker is equipped in the main hand and using skills that attacks with both hands, such as Dual Strike, the leech will be instant for both weapons.

    Life Leech from Hits with this Weapon is instant obeys leech cap changes applied in version 3.6. By default, only 10% of life can be recovered in a single hit.
